By doing makeup and hair specific to the codes and conventions of indie folk, the genre will be more recognisable. Therefore I made my model look very natural and rustic with curly hair, natural pale makeup and wearing denim; which is characteristic of indie folk.

I think I will opt for "something special in the music" as it makes it more clear that it is a music magazine, yet still has the alternative folky feel to the words.
